EAS - Electronic Assessment System
Description:
A computer aided testing system to assist users in:
- administering educational and psychological tests on computer
- eliminating human error by scoring tests electronically
- printing reports of responses, raw scores and standard scores
- accessing results and reports immediately
- printing graphs (first and second order factors)
- constructing individualised aptitude batteries
- keeping records of clients
With the purchase of the EAS, the client will receive the following tests included in the system:
- Differential Aptitude Tests Forms K, L, R, S
- Jung Personality Questionnaire
- 19 Field Interest Inventory
- South African Vocational Interest Inventory
- Elementary Test of Economic Knowledge
- Basic Test of Numerical Literacy
- Career Development Questionnaire
- Values Scale
- Proficiency Tests in English
The EAS is distributed on CD and no additional hardware is necessary. The user-friendly interface and on-line help screens will enable the client to start using the EAS immediately.
Minimal system requirements:
- Windows 2000 and above
- Pentium 166 or higher
- 32 MB RAM (256 for Windows XP)
- Acrobat Reader for manuals
- 800 x 600 or higher 16-bit colour display
Recommended system requirements:
- Windows XP
- Pentium III
- 256 MB RAM (with Windows XP)
- Acrobat Reader for manuals
- 1024 x 768 true-colour display
Purchase price of the software:
The purchase price will be determined by the configuration of the user’s system and needs (e.g. From a basic individual user to a network version with substations). This fee will vary according to version purchased.
Fee for the administration of test units:
Users must purchase units. For each test administered, units will be subtracted. The first 200 units (for the Personal Version) are provided free of charge so that users may experiment with the EAS and get to know the system. Further units may be purchased at Mindmuzik Media via telephone, fax or e-mail.

Note:
The DAT consumes 2 units per sub-test; therefore shortened batteries will cost less.
